What You'll Do Develop and execute a cross-functional AI roadmap aligned with strategic goals. Identify high-impact AI use cases across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and administration. Design and implement AI solutions such as predictive maintenance, intelligent reporting, and demand forecasting. Build reusable AI tools and frameworks to accelerate future deployments. What We're Looking For Essential: Proven experience in AI and digital transformation, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG. Hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and predictive analytics platforms. Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Track record of delivering measurable business improvements.
