Corporate & Executive Services Coordinator Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (STARLOCAL) Location: Ptarmigan House, Shrewsbury Business Park Are you an exceptional organiser with a talent for keeping people, plans and priorities on track? Shropshire Towns & Rural Housing is looking for a proactive Corporate & Executive Services Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our Senior Leadership, Board members and Corporate Services function. Join us in delivering our vision: "Listening to our residents, together we create quality homes and vibrant communities." What you'll be doing No two days look the same! You will: Coordinate and organise key meetings, including STAR EMT, Committees and Board sessions Take minutes with accuracy and confidence Manage executive diaries and support senior managers with high quality admin Oversee reports, statutory returns, invoice processing and purchase orders Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners and visitors Support events, projects and corporate initiatives across the organisation Administer STAR and CDL SharePoint and website content Provide ad hoc support to HR, Governance and wider teams Handle confidential information with professionalism at all times What we're looking for Someone who is: Highly organised, efficient and detail driven Confident communicating with senior managers and external stakeholders Able to multitask across fast moving priorities A proactive problem solver who loves improving processes Comfortable working in a busy office environment five days a week What you'll get Permanent, full time role (37 hours per week) 28 days annual leave Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme The chance to directly impact services that support thousands of residents across Shropshire Ready to join a team with purpose?
