Lead Data Scientist with strong Databricks experience required for a secure data programme delivering advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. You will lead the design and deployment of machine learning models using Databricks , working across data preparation, experimentation and production deployment. The role involves close collaboration with technical teams and senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven outcomes within a secure environment. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone comfortable owning the data science life cycle and influencing project direction.
