We're looking for an experienced and proactive Dynamics 365 Project Manager to join our team and drive CRM-related initiatives across our organisation. Dynamics 365 has been at the heart of how we manage client relationships for several years, supporting data tracking, reviews, and document generation. With the recent addition of Customer Insights , we're now able to create enriched client profiles and make smarter, data-driven decisions. As our Project Manager, you'll collaborate closely with a Business Analyst and two Developers, ensuring enhancements, optimisations, and strategic projects are delivered successfully. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we use technology to strengthen client engagement and business outcomes. What you'll be doing: Turning user and client needs into clear project briefs with the BA and Developers. Coordinating sprints and keeping requirements up to date. Supporting the BA and Developers to deliver timely, effective enhancements. Exploring and assessing solutions for both technical and business fit. Preparing progress updates for stakeholders. Planning work packages, including change management documentation. Managing tasks and keeping tickets accurate and current. Building strong relationships with customers and external vendors. Evaluating projects and sharing lessons learned. Ensuring flexible planning while meeting deadlines. What we're looking for : Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM projects . Strong understanding of CRM processes, data structures, and client lifecycle management. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or similar platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. PRINCE2 certification or equivalent; knowledge of Confluence/JIRA. Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications; experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps). Knowledge of the Wealth Management industry is a plus. What you'll bring: Accredited project delivery experience with hands-on knowledge of delivery methodologies. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Attention to detail, even under tight deadlines. Adaptability to evolving technologies and best practices. Solid experience with Dynamics CRM and working with Wealth Managers/Financial Advisers

Your Core Responsibilities: Design, Improve, and Innovate: Implement new technologies and enhance existing ones based on architectural guidance. Recommend scalable, secure solutions for infrastructure upgrades and modernization. Work with switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, SDN fabrics, load balancers, NAC servers, and cloud networking tools. Ensure high performance, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness in all network designs. Monitor, Document, and Support: Provide Tier 3 support for complex incidents and escalations. Maintain clear documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio. Participate in on-call rotations and uphold service level agreements. Strengthen our security posture in line with regulatory standards (PCIDSS, PII, CIS, NIST). Preferred Skills: Certifications: Arista ACE L3, CCNP, PCNSE, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC. Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, VPNs, NAC solutions, and Infoblox.
