What You Will Do Develop and maintain scalable end-to-end automated test frameworks for our website and mobile applications. Contribute to a platform-wide automated testing strategy, focusing on reliability, reusability, and test coverage. Mentor team members and help foster a strong quality engineering culture across the organisation. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases and shared ownership of quality gates. Perform manual exploratory testing for complex workflows and edge cases. What We're Looking For 4+ years of hands on experience in software testing and automation. Proficiency with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar, using JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with CI/CD systems like Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions. Strong understanding of test strategy, versioning, and test data management. A team player with excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Solid experience in manual testing, identifying UX/UI flaws, and debugging issues using tools like Postman, browser developer tools, and network inspectors. Nice to Have Familiarity with cloud based cross platform testing services (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Experience writing BDD style tests using Cucumber or similar frameworks. Exposure to mobile testing and device compatibility workflows. Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., k6). Familiarity with WebSockets, visual regression testing tools (e.g., Percy), and AI assisted exploratory testing. Experience with unit and integration test automation in microservices or distributed systems. Background in Agile/Scrum environments with cross functional team collaboration.
