Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions usingBlue Prism, following established standards and best practice. Assist in the design and implementation ofMicrosoft Power Platformapplications, includingPower Automate andPower Apps. Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and service leads to translate business requirements into effective automation solutions. Maintain and enhance existing automations, ensuring reliability and ongoing value. Produce technical documentation, reusable components, and accurate process records. Support users and colleagues in understanding and adopting automated solutions. Ensure compliance with Information Governance, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements. Qualifications Essential Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 to 3 yearsexperience in automation development, ideally includingBlue Prism. Practical understanding of the RPA lifecycle and exception handling. Working knowledge ofMicrosoft 365, particularlyPower AutomateandPower Apps. Experience integrating systems via APIs, web services, or databases (SQL). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to prioritise workloads and meet agreed deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow. Desirable Blue Prism Developercertification (Foundation or Professional). Experience working within the NHS or other large public-sector organisations. Familiarity with Agile or iterative development methodologies. Knowledge of other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere). Awareness of cloud environments and virtual workforce management.
