What you'll be doing You'll work closely with the Quality Manager, taking ownership of tasks that make a real impact on the business: Creating and maintaining packaging specifications Completing supplier audit questionnaires Managing customer complaints and responses Handling raw material rejections and credits Supporting compliance with BRCGS standards Carrying out internal audits across the site Working with pest control partners Overseeing calibration activities Delivering hygiene inductions and refreshers This variety means no two days will be the same. You'll build a broad skill set quickly and gain exposure to multiple departments.
