Initiate, consolidate and synthesize data collection and market information. Monitor market segments, identify gaps, and assess the feasibility on entering new markets. Track technological advancements that impact the market. Develop the Business Segment Strategy and compelling marketing strategy to drive sales in focus markets based on the Business Segment Strategy. Support subsidiaries in Market Unit Europe West to follow-up on market opportunities. Design and conduct qualification program for employees (Market Unit / Subsidiary). What you'll need to be successful: 5+ years of experience (incl. Intenational working experience) in construction industry. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or Commercial Business Administration. Experience in commercial and sales activities in the region related to construction and/or supply industries. Expert market knowledge including segments, customers, and competition. Strategic mindset and ability to see and understand the bigger picture and develop long-term marketing strategies, Technical knowledge in products of Business Segment slab and wall. Fluent in English and one of the local languages.

The successful applicant will oversee asset management, provide technical advice on PERI products, and lead a first-class technical service. The role includes developing staff, ensuring safety and well-being, and collaborating with other teams to maintain efficient practices. Production of accurate and economical drawings, schedules and quotations Safety and well-being of all staff, customers and visitors Maintenance and upkeep of all Company assets, property and services in conjunction with Facilities Manager. Provide technical advice on all PERI products to customers and PERI sales engineers Actively promote the supply of a first class technical service and lead by example Develop relationships with Sales Engineers to promote efficient use of Technical resource. Representing the Technical Team to collaborate with and support other regions and functions Working closely with other TTL's to share relevant information Work closely with the EMT to ensure consistent, efficient working practices Recruitment of suitable staff Safeguarding the induction / further development of Technical staff Communication of all key information to their Technical teams.
