The Role We're looking for a People Insights Data Architect who can shape the analytical backbone of workforce reporting at Coherent. This isn't a traditional HR reporting role. About You Minimum 10+ years' experience in a corporate security management role or related role, preferably with experience at a multi site, global manufacturer. Experiencing implementing physical and procedural control measures-and influencing behaviours-to protect intellectual property, trade secrets, and confidential information in a high precision manufacturing environment. Previous exposure across a broad spectrum of corporate security domains including security risk assessment and auditing, manufacturing site security operations, personnel security, supply chain security, crisis management, etc. Familiarity with supply chain security standards (AEO, C TPAT, TAPA). Demonstrated experience in leading/managing transformation initiatives, managing programs/projects, and utilizing operational excellence/continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable results.
