IT Service Desk Engineer The IT Service Desk Engineer provides 1st and 2nd support across our fashion retail operations covering HQ, stores, eCommerce, and distribution centers. You'll triage incidents and requests, resolve end-user issues, support retail POS and back-office systems, and ensure smooth technology operations during trading hours, launches, and peak events. Key Responsibilities and Duties Act as the first point of contact via phone, chat, email, and ticketing (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira). Log, triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents/requests within defined SLAs and OLAs. Deliver L1/L2 support for end-user devices, retail POS, back-office apps, and network connectivity. Perform remote fixes using RMM tools (e.g., Intune, Airwatch, SCCM). Support POS terminals, payment devices, label/tag printers, scanners, kiosks, and clienteling solutions. Assist with store openings, moves, upgrades, cabling basics, hardware swaps, and on-site vendor coordination. You should be proactive, self motivated, and emotionally intelligent, able to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Execute the Email Marketing strategy from copy creation, design, and translation management. Plan, create, and send email communications, ensuring accurate content and optimal scheduling based on performance data. Review, improve, and manage customer journeys through the CRM software. Analyze email performance weekly and monthly, reporting on key metrics such as open rate, click through rate, and conversion rate. Act as the point of contact with the Global CRM team in NY for training, data support, and ad hoc analysis. Support the Digital Marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze lead generation activities across the website, events, and paid social. Upload paid social leads weekly and strive for automation. Maintain, build, and update BAU emails, analyzing their performance and contribution to business for weekly trade meetings. Conduct A/B tests on emails and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with the eCommerce Trading team to maintain key online components in line with the content calendar for UK/EU. Perform daily site walks to ensure content, product, customer journey, and UX align with planned activities. Create Jira bug reports for developers and collaborate with Customer Service to keep site information up to date. Develop SEO content pages to boost non brand keyword rankings and optimize on page elements such as meta descriptions, title tags, and category copy. Support customer care and Retail teams with omnichannel projects and related tasks. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for the eCommerce team from SFCC and Teamworks data.
