You will work with the business to understand current ways of working and future business drivers to architect innovative future finance solutions that meet the business requirements and drive the delivery of business value as part of the roadmap. From a consulting perspective your role is to bring clarity and understanding of where the business is today and where they want to get to. You will facilitate workshops to gain a deep understanding of their operations, designing solutions to help them achieve their future vision. To support this you will understand how to achieve complex financial requirements within the scope of SAP system capabilities, understanding deficiencies and alternative solutions. Your ability to translate technical and business complexity into clearly articulated requirements will be critical. From a delivery perspective your role will be to provide certainty, de risking design decisions and keeping delivery on track by providing architectural advisory support of the delivery of the finance solution within SAP. You will ensure that the solution meets the business requirements and adheres to defined design principles and best practice. Your expertise will ensure that the finance processes and reporting capabilities are fully integrated and optimised within SAP, requiring you to collaborate closely with both technical teams and clients to meet specific business objectives.
