Responsabilités Encadrer une équipe d'inspection et organiser son fonctionnement en fonction des moyens humains, matériels et financiers disponibles, Accompagner le développement et la montée en compétences des membres de son équipe, Planifier les activités en fonction des plans d'inspection, en tenant compte de la charge et des qualifications des inspecteurs, Vérifier la réalisation des gestes d'inspection par les inspecteurs, Suivre la tenue des objectifs afin de mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires, Participer à la performance globale de la Direction Qualité de l'entité, et à l'évaluation de la performance fournisseurs ou sous traitants, Veiller à la sécurité des inspecteurs sur son périmètre d'activité, et inciter à la vigilance partagée de façon plus générale, Accompagner le renforcement et le déploiement de la Culture Sûreté / Qualité auprès de son équipe, et de façon plus générale, des équipes de l'entité, Contribuer avec son équipe à la maîtrise des risques CFSI, Accompagner les membres de son équipe au quotidien dans la résolution de problématiques, Assurer le reporting et les interfaces avec l'équipe projet HPC sur site HPC et sur base. Compétences et qualifications Formation de niveau Bac+4/5 en ingénierie / qualité / technique. Expérience préalable d'au moins 5 ans dans ce domaine d'activité ou proche, voire d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire ayant démontré vos compétences de gestion et managériales. Maîtrise des outils Framatome de base, du Pack office et d'applications métiers. Une connaissance de l'environnement nucléaire (culture sûreté, codes applicables : RCCM/RCCE) serait un plus. G - PROJECT MANAGEMENT - G1 - Project Management Job Type: Non fixed term Responsibilities Project Integration Management: Translate project requirements into actionable plans considering cost, deadlines, and technical economic performance. Align project execution with discipline specific, project wide, and EPR E annual objectives. Project Scope Management: Define, monitor, and adjust resource allocation in collaboration with group leaders and discipline manager. Support budgeting activities including task order preparation, mid term planning, landing estimates, and workforce planning. Ensure all activities are linked to Level 3 (L3) planning. Establish and maintain the technical framework for assigned scopes. Manage configuration (Open Points, Design Changes), interfaces (IDT), non conformities (NCR), and configuration management. Manage organisational transitions to follow project phases. Project Communications Management: Participate in internal and external technical meetings and reviews. Establish structured reporting mechanisms (progress reports, decision logs) to ensure transparency and alignment. Profile Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. 15+ years' experience in systems engineering or relevant experience in an EPR project. Relevant experience in management and the nuclear industry. Ability to effectively manage own and team's workload to meet deadlines and KPI requirements. Clear and accurate written and oral communication in English (French is a bonus). Proactive and confident in communicating with others, particularly those based in remote offices (France, Germany). Proactive in developing positive working relations with others within the project. Skills Required Knowledge of EPR system design sequences, instrumentation and control architecture, and safety classification. Experience working on an EPR project and on a nuclear operating fleet. Experience managing transverse technical and contractual topics. Excellent interpersonal skills, conscientiousness, organisation, and writing ability.
