Technical Compliance: Adheres to all Codes of Practice, Design Standards and Health and Safety Regulations. Quality Assurance: Ensure full alignment with Ayesa's Integrated Management System (IMS), and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards. Communication & Engagement: Communicates with Clients, Colleagues and Third Parties to facilitate the progressive delivery of projects. Requirements What you will bring: Minimum of 3 years' industry experience delivering engineering projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Marine & Coastal Engineering; Master's degree preferred. Base knowledge of civil, structural, geotechnical, and marine engineering projects. Communicates effectively with clients, colleagues and third parties developing strong working relationships. Robust organisation and self-management skillsets. Strong report writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.Represents and promotes Ayesa in a professional manner. Is committed to Continued Professional Development and obtaining Chartered Engineer status. Experience in project planning, approvals, and permits, including MMO & FRAP (UK), MUL & MAC (Ireland). What You'll Be Doing Lead mechanical design and delivery for water, wastewater, sewage and utility infrastructure projects Oversee design management, quality reviews, and integration with civil, electrical, and process disciplines Prepare technical specifications, mechanical schedules, and tender documentation Assist in appointment of specialist contractors and management of the specialist contractors team contracts to cost, time, quality & safety requirements. Collaboratively work with the design team, project management team, construction team and supply chain and provide mechanical installation expertise. Ensure all relevant standards, regulations and codes of practice are adhered to throughout the project life cycle. Manage the creation of the mechanical installation and procurement strategy to ensure all members of the team are aware of their responsibilities.
