Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years of experience delivering ETRM solutions and architecture within a commodity trading environment. Proven experience leading architecture for complex, front-to-back trading ecosystems, including integration across multiple platforms and business domains. Strong experience working with US-based leadership and global, distributed engineering teams, including offshore delivery models. Demonstrated ability to engage senior business stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into technical architecture and execution roadmaps. Experience with full-scale ETRM platforms.
