Meet the team! This role is embedded within either the B2B or Customer Care domain and is part of Preply's Data Chapter. You will work closely with directors, operations leaders, and cross-functional partners across finance and product teams, while collaborating with data analysts, data scientists, and analytics engineers to strengthen analytical foundations and business impact. What you'll be doing: You will partner with senior stakeholders in Business and Operations teams to proactively identify where new analyses, metrics, or frameworks can unlock improvements in retention, revenue, and operational efficiency. Lead high complexity, end to end analytical initiatives, from ambiguous problem framing to business impact, uncovering root causes and hidden drivers behind key performance metrics such as revenue retention, LTV, churn, utilization, operational metrics, and cost efficiency. Design and validate KPI frameworks to ensure consistency, reliability, and cross team alignment; clarify trade offs in definitions and measurement logic across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product. Design executive ready storytelling and structured presentations that align stakeholders around shared goals, timelines, and trade offs. Embed analytics into daily workflows by partnering with business and operational leaders to integrate dashboards, forecasting, and reporting into decision making processes. Translate insights into strategic decisions, clearly articulating what was observed, why it matters, opportunity cost, and what action should follow, influencing roadmap, prioritisation, and resource allocation. What you need to succeed: 5+ years of experience in analytics roles (Business, Product, Growth, B2B, or Operations), with demonstrated ownership of KPI frameworks and measurable impact on retention, revenue, or efficiency.
