Affinity Labs: Full Stack Engineer Location: London Area, United Kingdom On-site Company Description At Affinity Labs, we're building a full-stack AI venture studio that partners with content creators to co found authentic, scalable software businesses. By combining AI native development with creator led distribution, we're pioneering a new model of monetisation by rapidly building, launching, and scaling digital ventures alongside with creators and their audiences. We aim to launch ventures 10x faster and cheaper than traditional methods using our internal "AI factory": a multi agent architecture, reusable component libraries, and a growing knowledge graph that learns from every product we ship. Why Affinity Labs Ship at rapid pace with AI accelerated workflows, see your work distributed to tens of thousands of users at launch, and compound impact across multiple products, not just one. Role Description You'll lead end to end product engineering across our portfolio: scoping features, designing APIs and data models, building backend services, and shipping polished user facing experiences across web and mobile. This is an early stage, hands on role with significant autonomy and responsibility. You will own full stack product delivery, from infrastructure and AI integrations through to React / React Native interfaces, collaborating closely with founders, creators, product, and design to turn lean specs into scalable, user loved software. We're looking for a strong generalist with backend depth and real mobile experience. Responsibilities Implement features end to end (mobile + web frontend APIs data models integrations) while maintaining quality and velocity. Build React Native mobile apps and shared component systems across products. Design and ship scalable backend services (APIs, integrations, AI workflows). Run tight build test iterate ship loops; provide realistic estimates and surface blockers early. Manage tech debt pragmatically. Participate in daily standups and weekly planning; contribute to technical strategy and execute from Linear tickets. Contribute meaningfully to product and architecture discussions; be heard in debate and align to unified decisions. Own operability: CI/CD, monitoring/alerting, performance optimisation, safe rollbacks. Build and integrate AI features (LLM/agent workflows, RAG/vector DB integration, eval hooks, cost/safety guardrails). Help evolve our reusable product templates and shared architecture across the portfolio. Essential Requirements 3-6+ years building production grade full stack applications, with clear ownership. Strong backend experience in Python (FastAPI preferred) and solid database skills (PostgreSQL/MongoDB). Proven experience building and shipping mobile apps with React Native. Strong React fundamentals (Next.js experience a plus). Solid API design and systems thinking. Familiarity with AWS serverless patterns and Docker; basic CI/CD concepts. Comfortable with Redis (caching/sessions) and queue/messaging patterns. Startup mindset: high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, bias toward shipping. Growth mindset & flexibility: open to feedback; not rigid about stack/tools. Clear communicator & collaborator; able to guide product decisions from engineering perspective. Evidence of shipping quickly in small teams (links to apps, repos, case studies, live products). Desired Node.js alongside Python for services or integrations. App Store / Google Play release experience. Experience with vector databases (e.g., Chroma) and embedding pipelines. LangChain or CrewAI for orchestration; MCP servers for integrations. Security hygiene (secrets, permissions, least privilege) and practical data privacy basics. Planning & execution in Linear (or similar). Tools & Stack Backend/Runtime: Python (FastAPI), Node.js. Frontend: React/Next.js Mobile: React Native Datastores: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis (caching/sessions). Vectors/Embeddings: Chroma (or similar). AI Models & APIs: Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google); Amazon Nova Canvas (vision), Deepgram (audio). AI Dev Tools: LangChain or CrewAI (orchestration), MCP servers (integration), GitHub Copilot / Claude Code. Infrastructure: AWS (serverless functions), Docker (primarily for custom MCPs). Competencies & Behaviours Communicates clearly with technical and non technical teammates. Takes ownership from concept to deploy and through maintenance. Thinks in systems + design for reuse across a portfolio. Balances technical excellence with pragmatic delivery to meet business needs. Adapts quickly to changing requirements and emerging tech; applies AI learnings. Sets clear goals, tracks progress, and hits commitments; collaborates across disciplines. Why this role is a career launchpad Own the code & the company. You step in as a Founding Engineer with a meaningful equity stake from day one. Ship faster with AI at your side. Our workflow bakes in AI so you spend your time solving real problems-not boilerplate. Ride a rocket. Our wider vision is big and the bar is high; we need driven people who can help us achieve an ambitious roadmap. Grow like crazy. You'll architect, build, and launch multiple products each year. The shipping reps you'll get in 12 months here would take 3-4 years in a typical startup. There's a lot of work, it's high intensity, and the expectation is to ship extremely quickly. Learn from builders, not bosses. Work shoulder to shoulder with a team that has scaled VC backed startups, closed multi million pound term sheets, and collaborated with 1,000+ creators across formats and categories.

Location London; Stockholm Employment Type Full time Location Type On-site Department Engineering TL;DR We're looking for an exceptional Fullstack Engineer to build the enterprise foundation of Lovable. You'll own the work that lets Lovable-built apps run wherever the largest companies in the world need them to run - across every major hyperscaler, and deeply connected to the enterprise systems their teams already use every day. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone build software with plain English. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a fundamental shift in how software is created: from code-first to intelligence-first. Millions people in 200+ countries already use Lovable, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company. We operate with high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We care deeply, move fast, and are here to build something that outlives us. What makes this role special? You'll own two surfaces of the core product end-to-end: Where Lovable apps run. We're looking for engineers fluent in the building blocks that take a product from one cloud to many - containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, private networking, customer-managed keys, audit. The kind of work that turns "it runs on my laptop" into "it runs in a regulated bank's cloud." What Lovable apps connect to. Deep, durable integrations with the enterprise platforms and SaaS systems our customers already depend on - identity providers, data platforms, business systems, productivity suites. Each connector is a leverage point: build it once, and every Lovable app at every enterprise customer benefits. You won't be in a separate "enterprise team" shipping into a corner of the product. You'll work in the core, and your work will be visible to every paying enterprise customer. What we're looking for 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack products, with meaningful time on systems that real businesses depend on Fluent in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend development (Go and/or Rust, or strong adjacent experience and a track record of picking up new stacks quickly) Hands on experience deploying production systems across more than one hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure) Comfort with the building blocks that make multi cloud real: Kubernetes, containers, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), private networking, identity, secrets and key management A track record of building integrations against third party APIs and SDKs - especially the kind that have to keep working reliably for years across customer specific configurations Strong systems design instincts - you can reason about isolation, blast radius, performance, and security trade offs without losing sight of product Strong product sense - you know when to invest in foundations and when to ship a solution that unblocks a customer this week Bonus if you've: Shipped a product that runs across multiple hyperscalers, or built customer cloud deployment for a SaaS product Built or operated Kubernetes operators, deployment platforms, or multi cloud control planes Built integrations or connectors against major enterprise platforms (identity, data, productivity, or business systems) Owned compliance adjacent work (SOC 2, ISO 27001) from the engineering side Worked in a founding or early startup environment What you'll do In one sentence: Make Lovable the obvious choice for the largest companies in the world - wherever they run, and whatever they're already running. Design and ship the systems that let Lovable-built apps deploy across multiple hyperscalers and into customer controlled cloud environments Build and own connectors that integrate Lovable cleanly with the enterprise platforms our customers already use Own systems from architecture through implementation, deployment, and iteration in production Partner closely with our Forward Deployed Engineers and Product Managers to turn real customer requirements into durable platform capability - not bespoke one offs Work with security, infra, and product to keep the enterprise surface coherent as the rest of the product evolves around it Contribute to shaping our technical direction, engineering culture, and product strategy Our tech stack We choose tools that empower both humans and AI: Frontend: React, TypeScript Backend: Golang and Rust Cloud: Cloudflare, GCP, AWS, multiple LLM providers Tooling: GitHub Actions, OTEL, Grafana, Terraform, and more Always evolving with what works best

Affinity Labs: Product (Consumer) Location: London Area, United Kingdom Hybrid Company Description At Affinity Labs, we're building the future of company creation, a full-stack AI venture studio that partners with content creators to co-found authentic, scalable software businesses. By combining AI-native development with creator-led distribution, we're pioneering a new model of monetisation to rapidly build, launch, and scale digital ventures aligned with creators and their audiences. We aim to launch ventures 10x faster and cheaper than traditional methods using our internal "AI factory": a multi-agent architecture, reusable component libraries, and a growing knowledge graph that learns from every product we ship. Why Affinity Labs: Ship at rapid pace with AI-accelerated workflows, see your work distributed to audiences of millions at launch through partnerships with the world's largest creators, and compound impact across multiple products, not just one. Role Description You'll own product across a portfolio of high-growth consumer apps, working closely with the founders, creators, designers, and engineers to take ideas from lean spec to live product and then scale what works. This is an early-stage, hands on role with significant autonomy: one week you're running zero to one discovery on a new concept with a household name creator, the next you're tuning activation and paywall conversion on a product with hundreds of thousands of active users. You'll move between products quickly, carrying learnings with you, and lean heavily on AI dev tools to prototype, test assumptions, and hand off cleanly to engineering. Responsibilities Lead product processes across multiple consumer apps in the portfolio from zero to one concepts to scaling mature ventures. Run tight discovery loops: talk to users, prototype in AI dev tools, test assumptions fast, kill what doesn't work. Drive activation, retention, monetisation, and growth experiments on live products, including paywall optimisation, onboarding, pricing tiers, A/B tests. Write crisp specs and hand off seamlessly to engineering via Linear; reduce ambiguity so devs can move at full speed. Partner with designers on UX decisions and flows; use Figma / Lovable to prototype and communicate intent. Work side by side with world class creator partners on product direction, roadmap, and launch. Own the analytics story for your products: build dashboards in PostHog, define the metrics that matter, surface insights to the team. UNITED KINGDOM, REMOTE / FULL-TIME We're building the digital infrastructure that makes clean energy work in the real world. Seventy million machines run on diesel. The alternatives exist. But the operations are complex, the supply chains are still emerging, and for most companies the transition feels risky. That's the problem we're solving. Logiq Systems builds the operational intelligence layer that makes clean energy work in the real world. One platform for fuel suppliers, rental companies, and asset operators to deploy, monitor, and optimise hydrogen, battery, solar, and alternative fuel systems - at the scale and reliability that industries actually need. We're live across construction, events, and industrial sectors with customers including Toyota, Balfour Beatty, Acciona, Sunbelt Rentals, and Protium. The technology works. Now we're scaling the team that scales the business. If you want to work on infrastructure that matters, in a company early enough that what you do shapes the industry, we'd like to hear from you. Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (full-stack) to develop the Logiq platform. Working closely with our Head of Product, you will be responsible for building software that forms the core of our main business, as well as defining the long term technical direction of Logiq Systems. Who we are today: Logiq Systems was founded in 2020 and is currently a team of five. Aran Bates and Ben Lindley are the founders, two friends turned colleagues. We are both dads of kids less than 5 years old (two each). Having both worked on this for two years self funded (although now venture backed) we are driving a huge market shift in off grid energy. While it is one that won't change with the speed of the AI bubble - this is infrastructure and hardware, not some Al wrapper over ChatGPT - it delivers sticky and lasting change with our customers and the industries we touch. As a team our passion and mission is improving the world around us, making it better for people and the planet. Our purpose pushes us to be the force of change in this industry. Not just in environmental sustainability by making the world less polluted from carbon, noise and poor air quality, but also in creating a supportive company flexible to the realities of modern life. A company with a diverse, equal, and respectful workforce. What does that really mean though? Well we recognise that talent can exist anywhere in the UK and that people have life commitments that can overlap with traditional 'core hours'. We are remote first: As a team we are spread across the UK from Edinburgh to London, this means we can work with the best people out there. We also recognise the importance of building a sense of team, meeting regularly (at least once a quarter) and put a lot of emphasis into team building in the 'virtual' work environment also - e.g. daily team video calls, non work Slack channels such as one specifically for sharing the music we are listening to. Although for this role there is a preference to have a candidate within around an hour of travel to Edinburgh or Oxford to work with the founders or the Head of product in person more regularly. Flexible working: To manage the interface of life and work we operate a flexible working policy, at the start of every week we have a whole team standup and in that we clearly communicate as a team what commitments people have that might cut into the working day or lead to a hard stop at the end of the day, so that as a team we can ensure that life and work fit together. Supporting women and primary carers in tech: Both Ben and Aran fully recognise the importance of building a supportive working environment for women and parents so they can continue a career, while remaining supportive and attentive to both kids and work. This has been heavily influenced through their experience as fathers and with partners who continue to have successful careers, while sharing parenting loads. The team we are building: The team we want to build is one where we are: Passionate about making a difference. We are pushing change through a traditional market there meaning there are naysayers, so it is very important we have strong belief in the change we are driving. Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity. We must be flexible as the market is early and developing. You will be shaping a new offering in the clean energy industry right from the start! Extremely self motivated with a strong work ethic. We are a small team and need people to own their work. We also work hard because we love what we do! Fun! We need to enjoy what we do, while still being proud about the quality of our work. Humble, authentic, and honest. We give credit where credit is due. We can respect, support and celebrate others for the value they bring. Comfortable being challenged. We believe in creating an environment where we feel comfortable and safe enough for ideas to be challenged in a constructive manner. Curious. Curiosity drives improvement and innovation. Always ask why. The Role: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the long term technical direction of the Logiq platform and products, which provide real time operational intelligence for connected clean energy assets. You will be designing and developing new products, features and improvements to the Logiq platform, delivering value to our growing customer base and the key capabilities required to evolve our growing business. As a senior member of the team, you will also have direct input into the product direction, working closely with the Head of Product to shape how Logiq develops as we scale. You will also be the champion of software engineering best practices across Logiq Systems. A few of your responsibilities: Design and develop full stack features using React, Python, PostgreSQL and serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Fargate). Design and implement RESTful APIs and event driven systems. Maintain, extend and improve optimisation, alerting and forecasting models. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Ensure high quality code through peer reviews, automated testing, documentation and adherence to software development standards. Take ownership of the technical architecture and engineering processes. Collaborate closely with a small startup team. To thrive in this role: We expect you to: Be comfortable with variety and shifting priorities. Early stage companies require adaptability, and you'll be working across very different types of tasks. Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. You'll be given problems to solve, not always detailed instructions on how to solve them. We'll provide context and support, but you should be confident running with work and coming back with solutions or thoughtful questions. Balance quality with speed. Early stage work requires knowing when "good enough" is better than "perfect but late". Ask questions and challenge ideas respectfully. We value curiosity and constructive input across the team. We value people who bring their perspective and aren't afraid to ask "why?" or "what if we tried ?". Equally they are comfortable with their ideas also being respectfully questioned. We put the problem being tackled in the middle. What you'll need to do this job: Full stack: Proven experience in full stack software development. We are using Python (REST & GraphQL) for the backend, React for the frontend. Cloud architecture design: Proven experience in scalable cloud architecture design. API design: Solid understanding API design (REST & GraphQL). SQL/NoSQL databases: Experience working with SQL (Postgres) and / or NoSQL databases. AWS: Familiarity with the AWS Serverless stack and event driven architectures. Customer Mindset: We value engineers who have a strong product and customer centric mindset. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to explain ideas clearly. Collaborative and low ego approach: You contribute positively to team culture and work well with others. Agile: Comfortable with very lean/agile processes. We want you to be involved in all phases of the development lifecycle and bring your unique talents to the process. DevOps: Experience with DevOps including setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines and terraform deployment. AI enabled: Comfortable with leveraging AI to better assist developer workflows and rapid prototyping Testing: A strong testing mindset. If you think you meet most of the criteria, please get in touch! Experience we'd love to see: Experience in developing high scalability systems Experience with IoT data collection and processing pipelines. We are using a combination of Node-RED, MQTT, Telegraf, Linux, Python, InfluxDB and TimescaleDB. Experience with integration of 3rd party systems Experience with statistical modelling, ML optimisation & forecasting Strong data analytics skills Experience in early stage start ups, consulting, or high growth environments where you've navigated ambiguity and taken initiative Experience working on (renewable) energy products or telemetry producing systems Location: United Kingdom, Remote full time . click apply for full job details
