We sit at the intersection of People Operations, Technology, and Analytics, enabling the business through thoughtful system design, automation, and insights. Our mission is simple: make it easy for employees, managers, and leaders to get what they need, when they need it, through intuitive systems and reliable data. We're increasingly leveraging AI and intelligent automation to eliminate manual work, accelerate decision-making, and reimagine how the People team delivers value at scale. We partner closely with teams across People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and BizTech to ensure our people technology ecosystem, anchored by Workday, is efficient, integrated, and continuously evolving. About the Role We're looking for a Senior People Systems & Integrations Analyst to own and evolve our people technology ecosystem with a strong focus on Workday configuration, integrations, and cross-system workflows.
