You'll be joining us right at an amazing stage of our development to deliver a truly unique B2B late payment technology, and we want you here for the long term with stock options. We're looking for someone ambitious to come and own setting up Kolleno growth function - working directly with experienced founders and senior team who have worked at large international corporates (i.e. Goldman Sachs). You'll join a fast paced team where you'll be testing, learning, and iterating as fast as you can. We're looking for someone data driven and curious, who can ruthlessly prioritise and focus. What You'll Be Doing You will be instrumental in the development of the frontend for our cutting edge Kolleno product, encompassing the design, structural layout, and execution of HTTP calls to APIs developed by our skilled backend team. Your code will serve as a crucial component in driving the growth of the company, necessitating a collaborative approach with various departments. You will work in tandem with the founders, data science, backend, sales, marketing, and account management teams to ensure the final product aligns with our company's strategic objectives. Joining a dynamic and experienced team, we are looking for an adaptable team player who is willing to extend their support to areas beyond their primary role and eager to embrace greater responsibility as the team continues to evolve. Your Role as Project Lead You'll be the owner and driver of multiple large-scale onboarding projects. You'll operate as a hands on project manager, responsible for coordinating cross functional teams, unblocking issues, keeping everyone aligned, documenting progress and most importantly, getting customers live as quickly and smoothly as possible. You'll be the central point of contact internally and externally, balancing technical detail with strategic oversight, and making sure every onboarding hits the mark.
