What youll be doing: Developing and deliveringSEO strategiesthat drive real growth for our clients. Leadingtechnical, on-page, and off-page SEOinitiatives with a data-led approach. Managing your ownclient portfolio, building strong relationships and demonstrating ROI. Collaborating with ourPPC, content, and web development teamsto deliver fully integrated campaigns. Staying ahead of search trends, algorithms, and AI-driven changesthen using that insight to future-proof our SEO offering. Mentoring junior team members and helping shape thedirection of SEO at Mayfly. What were looking for: 4+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency experience ideal). Proven ability toplan, execute and measureSEO campaigns that deliver results. Deep understanding oftechnical SEO, content optimisation, and analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc). Strong communication and presentation skillsyou can confidently explain SEO to both clients and colleagues.
