Job Purpose As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining high performance cloud-based applications. You'll work with cutting-edge Azure technologies to support our mission in precision medicine research. You will be a vital link between the software team and Internal & external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop & maintain applications using .NET (C#), .NET Core, and Azure technologies. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create high-quality software solutions. Mentor junior members of the development team, providing expert support when required. Contribute to design decisions for up-and-coming projects Become a vital link between the software team and key internal and external stakeholders. Design and manage MS SQL Server databases, optimizing performance and scalability. Implement Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, DevOps). Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development best practices. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure reliability and efficiency. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience within a Senior Software Developer role Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience within Software Development Degree in computer science of a related discipline Strong experience in .NET (C#, .NET Core) and SQL Server. Proficiency in Azure cloud services (Azure App Services, Functions, Storage). Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React). Understanding of microservices architecture & API development. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Previous experience in mentoring junior members of staff. Job Purpose As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for delivering the day-to-day marketing activities that support ARC's global service portfolio. You will help develop & execute campaigns across multiple communications, generate leads, provide sales support and strengthen ARC's reputation as the gold-standard IVD and CDx research solutions provider to the global precision medicine and in vitro diagnostics sectors. Key Responsibilities Help deliver and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and print, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Support the Sales Team by generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL's) to create a strong pipeline of potential customers Liaise with third-party vendors, external agencies, CRM contractors, and designers. Create and maintain engaging content for ARC's website, newsletters, and social channels alongside contributing to the overall digital transformation of the company Assist in managing ARC's professional social media accounts and support delivery of the company's social media strategy. Coordinate ARC's participation in industry events, including logistics, promotional materials, and on-site support. Support the adaptation and implementation of AI tools within the CRM to enhance lead management, customer insights, and marketing efficiency. Support the effective use and day-to-day management of HubSpot CRM, including campaign tracking and reporting. Assist with webinar coordination, including promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up. Conduct competitor research and market scanning to identify opportunities. Track and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn insights. Undertake professional development to stay current with marketing best practice and digital tools. Contribute to ARC company culture and support broader Commercial team initiatives. Essential Criteria & Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or life sciences environment. Experience creating on-brand digital content. Experience managing or working with CRM systems (HubSpot desirable) Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) for website updates. Strong understanding of social media management tools Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Desirable Professional marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM) are desirable Knowledge of precision medicine, IVD or broader life sciences industry. Email marketing and automation knowledge. Application of Automation and Artificial Intelligence- as part of ERP implementation.
