The Role   We're looking for a talented  CMM Programmer / Inspector   to strengthen our inspection and quality team. You'll play a crucial role in verifying complex aerospace components, ensuring every part meets the highest standards of dimensional accuracy and compliance.   Key Responsibilities     Develop and optimise  CMM programmes  using PC-DMIS or equivalent software.    Conduct  first-off, in-process, and final inspections  using CMMs and  FARO Arms .    Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.    Generate detailed inspection reports and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve dimensional issues.    Maintain calibration records and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the site.    Provide guidance and mentoring to production and inspection colleagues as needed.     About You     Proven experience as a  CMM Programmer, Metrology Engineer, or Quality Inspector  in precision engineering or aerospace.    Confident using  FARO Arm  or similar portable metrology tools.    Strong understanding of  GD&T , inspection methods, and 3D data interpretation.
