You will act as a key escalation point for complex 2nd line incidents, ensuring our hardware, software, and cloud networks remain secure and reliable. Key Responsibilities Technical Support: Resolve escalated incidents across hardware, software, and networks. M365 Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies. Security & Compliance: Maintain systems in line with data protection and security standards. Documentation: Develop SOPs and knowledge base articles to streamline operations. Project Support: Assist the IT Manager with infrastructure and deployment projects. What You'll Need Strong experience in 2nd line technical support.
