Role: DevOps Engineer Rate: £65k - £70k + 5% Pension Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote (with occasional visits to client sites) Clearance: BPSS Must have 2-5 years of Government Experience Key Responsibilities Design, build, and manage infrastructure in AWS using IaC (Terraform preferred) Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Manage containerised services using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) Collaborate with developers, security, and platform teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability Ensure cloud architecture aligns with best practices in scalability, availability, and cost optimisation Drive automation and eliminate manual toil through Scripting and tooling Maintain robust security, including IAM, VPC configurations, and secrets management Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation/Terraform) Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline design Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) CI/CD (ideally GitLab) Docker Containers (Kubernetes) - but not managing Kubernetes, using it as an app development Proficient in Scripting (Bash, Python, or similar) Strong understanding of Linux system administration Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version control best practices

Role: UX Designer Salary: £60k Base + 5% Pension + Expenses covered Start Date: 17th November Location: Remote (with occasional visits to client sites) Experience : 2-3 years (GDS Prototyping Toolkit; government-focused) Clearance: BPSS As UX designer you will: -Create prototype, wireframes, mock-ups, workflows, user flows, site maps, and storyboards, interactive design, graphic design, information architecture -Proficient with tools such as Sketch, Invision Studio, Balsamiq, Axure, and GOV.UK Prototype Kit -Interpret evidence-based research, identify user issues/pain points and important needs, engagement with websites, platforms, and services and incorporate into your work -Understand the usability issues of a diverse population, and develop ways of engaging those users -Design a consistent user experience across mobile devices and desktop platforms -Collaborating with user researchers and content designers to test, iterate, and launch products and services that satisfy stakeholders -Liaise with Product Owners and Stakeholders to clarify requirements -Work with Business Analysts on refining and updating designs aligned with business requirements -Liaise with development teams to clarify feasibility of a design and ensure the UX solution is correctly transitioned into development

Role: Frontend Developer Salary: £55k base + 5% pension + expenses covered Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote (with occasional visits to client sites) Experience: 2-3 years (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; government-focused) Clearance: BPSS Responsibilities: Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle, including daily stand-ups, estimation, sprint planning, and backlog grooming. Develop clean, maintainable and efficient software with high levels of unit testing and automated integration (browser based) testing. Contributing to peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the UCD design team, Business Analysts, Performance Analysts and development and Quality Assurance colleagues to understand and deliver assigned tasks. Adhere to technical development standards and best practices. Ask for help when needed and collaborate with team members to resolve issues impacting delivery within your team.
