For an international client, I am looking for two experienced consultants in the field of Oracle Cloud HCM: one functional consultant and one technical consultant. In these assignments, you will contribute to the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Cloud HCM in a fast-moving environment. Tasks and responsibilities (functional) Implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules Translating business requirements into functional solutions. Stakeholder management and user support during and after implementation. Tasks and responsibilities (technical) Configuring and optimising technical workflows. Troubleshooting technical issues and performance problems. Collaborating with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions. Your profile (both roles) 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM. Fluent in English. Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
