About the Role The Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with valued clients. Working closely with the technical teams, you will identify opportunities to improve client environments, suggest enhancements, and drive the adoption of new solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Serve as the primary contact for client enquiries, issues, and escalations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed client expectations. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
