Job Title: Senior Fire and Security Engineer Location: Mobile role covering all areas within the M25 (London-wide) Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (45 hours per week) A well-established client in the fire and security industry is seeking a Senior Fire and Security Engineer to join their growing team. This is a mobile role ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take ownership of installations, maintenance, and commissioning work across a range of systems. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and commission fire alarm and security systems in accordance with current standards Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and accurately Work on a range of systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control Provide professional customer service on-site and over the phone Keep accurate records of work and equipment used Participate in a shared on-call rota for emergency call-outs Essential Requirements: Proven experience in fire alarm and/or security system engineering Strong understanding of installation and commissioning standards Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel across London (within the M25) Desirable: Experience with smoke ventilation systems Familiarity with major security brands and integration between systems Industry certifications (FIA, ECS, CSCS, etc.) Benefits: Competitive salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience) Company vehicle and tools provided 22 days holiday + bank holidays Enhanced parental leave (subject to eligibility) Opportunities for additional training and career progression Friendly, supportive team culture Regular company events How to Apply: If you re a skilled engineer ready for your next move, please apply today with your CV.
