Are you a highly experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex hardware and software projects?
We’re seeking a career Programme Manager with a strong technical engineering background, capable of leading projects built on electronic and software engineering principles. You should have a deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, and a passion for driving innovative new technology forward.
Experience on working with teams across cross-functional teams in engineering, sciences and product teams. your leadership will be critical to ensuring seamless project execution, solving complex challenges, and maintaining alignment with strategic goals. ensuring technical projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You will develop robust project plans, manage risks, and provide clear, structured updates to key stakeholders, driving accountability and alignment across cross-functional teams.
Day to Day:
Identify and flag interdependencies in workflows to ensure smooth project delivery.
Collaborate with the Product team to align features, timelines, and resources.
Drive and implement process/methodology improvements for efficiency.
Continuously monitor project progress and update plans accordingly.
Define key milestones and ensure necessary infrastructure is in place.
Identify and mitigate risks, updating the risk register as needed.
Address project blockers promptly with relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate issue resolution and lead focused, efficient meetings.
Organize and run project meetings as required.
Prepare and maintain clear visual project plans (e.g., Gantt charts) for different audiences.
Effectively communicate project goals and processes to gain company-wide buy-in.
Motivate and lead the team to meet ambitious deadlines.
Ensure all documentation and formalities are in order.
Evaluate project performance, capturing lessons learned.Requirements
Proven experience as a Project/Programme Manager in a technical setting.
Successful track record of leading complex hardware/software projects.
Strong understanding of engineering concepts.
Ability to drive and optimize project processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in deep tech or research environments.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
