IT Manager - The Benefits: - Competitive salary - Development and progression opportunities IT Manager – The Company: Working for this organisation based in St Albans you will ensure the reliable and growing IT service for the company. IT Manager – The Role: • Act as an escalation point for the company both in terms of management decisions and technical acumen • Development of IT systems and strategy surrounding infrastructure • Successfully liaise externally and internally whilst building relationships • Proactively identify gaps in support and business systems and processes from an IT perspective • Ability to identify and meet business needs and targeted KPI’s • Set, track and meet budgetary requirements • Provide hands-on support when required and discuss complex technical solutions • Maintain IT assets / Asset management • Responsible for SLA management • Manage a number of projects at one time regarding updates on systems/software/hardware/ • IT project initiation, support and delivery ensuring that business requirements can be translated in to technical solutions IT Manager – The Candidate: You will have previous experience in IT with proven IT Management capabilities in the following areas: • Windows Server 2008 / 2012 • Exchange Server 2010 • Microsoft Productivity Software (e.g. MS Office 2010 and above) • Active Directory / Group Policy • Virtualization technologies (Xen Server) • Mobile Device Management • IP Telephony You will also have experience as a Team Lead/IT Manager in a support facing role with excellent project management and problem solving skills
