Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family As the Group IT Business Enablement Manager - You will collaborate with the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our critical asset/work management platform. You are responsible for the effective translation of business needs into practical, high-quality application, fostering organisational alignment and sustained innovation. In addition to the above you will: Co-lead the development, maintenance, and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the key asset/work management application Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to accurately capture and project manage our business requirements Identify and assess, refine business requirements to maximise client value and business benefits Prioritise initiatives and work items in line with agreed business outcomesAt Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
