We are working for a fabulous Digital Agency in Guildford who always look for talent who want to be a long term part of the business, they are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager with an agency background and a strong technical know-how. You’ll be collaborating with an Account Manager and Producer to prepare proposals for new work and look after the work stream for the clients within your team. You will direct and motivate the project team and ensure team members are assigned and briefed on each project. You’ll be there to monitor the project and be responsible for overall progress and use of resources; initiating corrective action where necessary. You must be driven and enthusiastic with a passion for digital and business. You’ll work with the management team to help define the company production processes. They need someone with: A minimum of 2 years agency experience, preferably with digital experience A strong interest in digital technology Experience of website build & software development production processes Able to take both creative and technical briefs An eye for detail and well organised A proactive approach to working with a team The role will require: Working closely with your Account Manager and Producer Writing Statements of Work covering project services, deliverables, costs, and timelines. Are you a Repro Artworker looking to join a dynamic growing creative department? We have a great opportunity to join an exciting, highly successful Marketing Communications Agency as they are looking to recruit Repro Artworkers to join their very busy team. The successful candidate will be as comfortable delivering print ready artwork as you are engaging on large scale digital delivery projects. You will be confident taking briefs from account and projects managers as well as liaising with clients to fulfil briefs within agreed timescales. You will be working with extended creative and development teams as and when necessary, for example taking art direction when re-purposing or creating assets, or acting as a liaison for the artwork team when scoping new requirements. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, combining excellent organisational, planning, execution and time management skills. Responsibilities • Create detailed process documentation (both for the account management team and the artworking team) • Create generic templates of digital publications for the account management team to help them understand what they will be presenting and selling to clients as the agencies digital production offering • Understand digital production processes and take responsibility for developing and enhancing them over time • Continually research new methods of delivering digital content in order to keep up with developments in digital publishing and how they will influence the work we do • Learn and use the client digital delivery systems • Prepare and amend client artwork to defined corporate guidelines • Prepare pdf proofs for proofing and client approval and print-ready pdfs for supply to printers. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client brand guidelines, equipment, company and industry standards • Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standards Skills required • Excellent, demonstrable artworking skills • Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite – Principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop • Digital production skills including HTML5, Edge Animate and JavaScript • Expertise in producing emailers, banners and web assets • Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail • Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of commercial print production techniques • Good written and verbal communication skills • Creative skills and appreciation of design layout • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing landscape - an advantage Not for you but you know someone suitable? –Blue Tree offer a referral fee Blue Tree Recruits Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
