We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturer of refurbished & remanufacturers of laptops, printers and ink based in Boston, Lincolnshire. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Senior ITAD Technician on a permanent basis. Working Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm 42.5 hours a week which includes a hour paid break Key Responsibilities Support a team of ITAD technicians Oversee the secure handling, data wiping, and disposal of IT equipment Ensure compliance with data security standards and environmental regulations Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality control Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards Maintain accurate records and reporting of processed assets Liaise with management and other departments to improve processes Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times Salary Competitive salary offered dependent on experience
