Identify areas for improvement in data protection and management within the service. Support new starters with their Customer Management System setup and training. System Efficiency: Support the Service Manager in understanding system improvements to enhance service efficiency. Liaise with external parties requesting data and advise on deliverability and timelines. Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for software packages, including Inform and the Customer Management System.
