POSITION DESCRIPTION: Experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead the delivery of user testing across digital in vehicle experiences. This is a senior hands-on role focused on planning, running and analysing research, while guiding and supporting a small team of researchers. It is not a people management position, but you will act as the lead practitioner for testing activities and guide day to day activities. Purpose of the Role: Support the successful integration of four CEX teams by delivering clear, timely, and engaging change communications, supporting the people transition through structured change management activities, and driving the embedding and adoption of new ways of working. Key Responsibilities: Support to develop and deliver internal communications that support the CEX Unity programme, including updates, FAQs, leadership messaging, packs for people managers etc. Support the creation of change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and engagement plans. Check and monitor business readiness ahead of (phased) implementations, integrations and go-lives. Coordinate and deliver engagement activities (e.g. workshops, town halls, feedback loops, drop-ins). Track and respond to employee sentiment (e.g. EMPS, verbatim feedback). Maintain and update comms plans, timelines, and content calendars. Work closely with the Programme Manager, Project Manager, Business Analysts, Organisation Design and People Partners to ensure change and comms are aligned with delivery milestones. Skills & Experience: Experience in change management and internal communications within transformation programmes. Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Able to distil complex information into engaging, succinct and user-friendly information Workshop facilitation. Confident in stakeholder engagement and facilitating feedback. Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams, and email platforms. Understanding of organisation design and employee experience principles. Are you a sales professional with proven experience within the automotive, engineering or manufacturing sector? This client facing role requires an individual with a strong commercial acumen, organisational and time management skills to identify training and consultancy needs across emerging industry demands: Development and maintenance of a sales pipeline and ensuring all sales activity is recorded and reported through the CRM (Salesforce). Take ownership of outbound sales efforts, including lead generation, conversion of incoming enquiries, proposal management, and relationship development. Champion customer insight and feedback across the business, ensuring client needs are reflected in service development. Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with OEMs, Tier 1s, and key decision-makers within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Ideally degree qualified with experience in B2B sales with the ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships: Ability to understand complex services and communicate them in a customer-focused way. Proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role is based in Solihull and offers hybrid working. Travel across the UK will be required to attend customer meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities: Safe operating of departmental metrology hardware. Operating departmental metrology software. Create and run detailed measurement programs. Produce measurement data in requested format i.e. pdf, excel, stl. Investigation of part measurement issues Adhere to all H&S requirements. Assist in machine verification and preventative maintenance. Following measurement instructions to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner to the expected high standards. Undertake any other work as directed by line manager as requested from time to time. Key Skills: Strong mobile inspection skills essential. Strong understanding of measurement principles. Good understanding of alignments. Ability to provide inspection reports to a professionally high standard. Ability to work with BIW & T&F parts and assemblies. Thorough knowledge of GOM & Polyworks Software or similar. Competent operators in the use of GOM, Articulated arms, Laser Trackers and Creaform system or similar. Knowledge of GD&T Ability to develop new and existing processes to improve departmental performance. Willingness/ability to work/travel across a wide range of sites/locations as required is essential. Excellent communication skills. Perficient IT/computer skills.
