Strong hands on experience working with electrical or power electronic systems in laboratory and/or field environments. Proficiency with standard electrical test and measurement equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power analysers, multimeters, insulation testers, and data acquisition systems. Experience creating structured test plans, executing formal test procedures, and producing clear, high quality technical documentation. Working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as LVD, EMC, grid connection codes, and related EU/UK directives (or a strong ability to learn them quickly). Excellent problem solving and debugging skills, with a rigorous, detail oriented approach to engineering work. Ability to work independently, manage multiple test activities in parallel, and operate effectively across lab, site, and external partner environments.
