This role is an exciting opportunity for an applicant who is happy to work a shift pattern 7am to 7pm based in Central London with a fast paced company. Ideal skills would include 1st line technical support experience. JOB TITLE: RMC Technician - Liverpool Street London WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (7am-7pm shift pattern) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The RMC Technician’s prime function is to provide remote as well as hands-on technical support across all meeting rooms, boardrooms, event spaces and the TV studio on the London Campus. The position involves a high degree of exposure, working with executive management and managing directors of the Bank to provide best in class services across all Audio Visual-related part of event services. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES All services should be delivered punctually at scheduled times and in accordance with agreed SLA’s. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Remote Asset Management  To seamlessly monitor and provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues to meeting, boardroom and video conferencing room users with the use of Crestron Fusion Remote Asset Management system.  To be the point of contact for first line of troubleshooting  To be able to explain complex information in simple, clear terms to a non-AV personnel.  To be able to assess each customer’s AV knowledge levels and respond as well as being able to deal with difficult customers / callers.  To ensure that the issue has been properly escalated to the technical team if it can’t be remotely resolved  Collect feedback from users about room usage.  Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.  Ensure that all occurring faults and malfunctions have been properly catalogued and escalated  Perform regular health checks for AV systems connected to database  Remotely connect Video and Audio conferences  Understand the signal flow and ensure that the digital signage system is in full operation within the area of operation.  Perform regular software updates in all the necessary equipment. General AV Support  Ensure all multi-media / presentation rooms are maintained in good working order.  Overseeing and providing first-line support to digital signage distribution platform.  Cross-Communication between UBS teams (AV onsite support, bridging, video bookings, etc.) to enable efficient and on-time video conference connections  AV equipment setup and support.  Presentation / multi-media meeting room support, including duration support.  Assist with support for multi-media broadcasting.  Quick response to emergency / ad-hoc requests TV Studio and Broadcasts  Assisting client with technical setup for live broadcasts in the dedicated broadcast studio Have you knowledge of InfoComms CTS/Christie Spyder/Q-Sys Sound Structure/Creston 101/Toolbox/MS Office Visio
