Join OneAdvanced We are looking for an experiencedLearning & Development Business Partnerto support ourR&D function. This role partners closely with senior leaders and technical teams within R&D to understand capability needs, shape development priorities, and deliver effective learning solutions that support the organisation's product and technology roadmap. You will act as the dedicated L&D partner for R&D, bringing structure, consistency, andexpertiseto how learning isidentified, sourced, and embedded. This is a consultative role focused on needs analysis, solution design, and stakeholder partnership rather than hands-on training delivery. This is a hybrid role, with ideally 2-3 days per week in our Birmingham Mailbox office.
