Ideally you will have some technical knowledge or administrative experience in a customer service environment. This position would be suited for an individual that has previous experience of the used light commercial world with a driving ambition to develop the role. If you don't have it already, you'll be given the technical ability to demonstrate vehicle products within the MAN range, as well as upselling financial and after sales products that we offer. You will soon become competent in understanding the business need and also explaining the various funding methods available to customers.
