Diageo is undertaking an ambitious transformation journey including a global transition to the newest version of SAP. We are redeveloping our reporting and analytics landscape, as well as implementing numerous process specific initiatives. This ambition has caused us to rethink our relationship with processes and data. This role will be pivotal in our long term success and allow us to ensure that process decisions are cohesive, standardised where possible and demonstrate the best thought process. About the role We are looking for Data Analysts who will be able to standardise, simplify and ultimately automate some of our core manufacturing processes within SAP as well as other accompanying systems, including data visualisations within PowerBI. Main responsibilities Maintain process integrity and own the process taxonomy definitions Define and develop actions to improve Process Health & Data Quality, and Drive continuous improvement and innovation culture in collaboration with Address process problems Work with our finance counterparts to ensure Material Ledger is efficient and accurate Ensure process compliance in-line with Diageo's Control Framework Recommend changes to, validate and update applicable global policies Connect business strategy and goals to end-to-end processes Maintain manufacturing KPI's within our control System A key aspect of this role is visualising data to allow the manufacturing teams to drive improvement. For Diageo, this would be primarily through PowerBI, so a solid understanding of PowerBI will be a key skill for the successful candidate. Diageo is currently ingesting all supply data into a central data hub, so understanding semantic models, and what good data looks like would be beneficial. A leading compliance solutions provider in Bristol is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee operations during 12-hour shifts. The candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety standards and manage staff training and resource distribution across the site. Responsibilities include evaluating emissions monitoring and ensuring effective team communication. Position Purpose: Oversee, manage, and be responsible for the site operation during a 12-hour shift. The site operates 24/7. The operation is spread across three distinctive areas of the site operating two incinerators as well as the biosystems processing line. This role will ensure the site's compliance, health & safety and operational requirements are met across all three areas as well as distributing operational resources as and when & where required. Key Job Activities: Review handover from previous shift for all areas. Ensure resource distribution plan for shift in place/amend as necessary. Complete the shifts hand over report and KPI reporting. Ensure that emissions monitoring and reporting & investigating breeches is carried out continuously/immediately. Sickness/return to works/staff admin issues/requirements are all completed in shift. Deliver any toolbox talks/ team meetings/ training that is outstanding. Shift site inspections carried out, including work safe observations and reporting of good catches as well as resolving good catches, updating reporting systems. When on the day shift, busy period will be predominately based in goods in/out ensuring all procedures are carried out, secure destruction, site inductions, queries, resource levelling. When on night/quieter shifts will be ensuring the planned preventative maintenance carried out, such as boiler cleans. Stock control management and accountability for the shift. Education: High School or equivalent Experience (EMEAA): Good knowledge and understanding of site operations. COSHH, IOSH, forklift, confined space, environmental permitting & awareness, emissions monitoring, Accident & investigation, permit to work, hazard identification & risk assessment, asbestos awareness, legionella awareness, Fire & awareness, working at height, hand arm vibration, electrical safety, fire marshall, MEWP, tower scaffold, slinging & lifting.
