Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour The Opportunity & Responsibilities: Governance & Assurance: Support implementation and monitoring of governance structures across the portfolio. Ensure compliance with standards, document control, and assurance processes. Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and milestone plans. Collaborate with project managers to integrate third-party inputs and align with delivery timelines. Tools & Techniques: Maintain and enhance digital PM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence). Use JQL scripting for custom queries and filters. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualise KPIs, timelines, and resource use. Risk, Opportunity & Issue Management: Maintain risk and opportunity registers, support workshops, and ensure timely escalation and reporting. Help identify and mitigate delivery risks. Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a NVH Modal Test Engineer to join their team on an Inside IR35 contract. Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour. Roles and responsibilities: Measurement, analysis and reporting of vehicle, system and component modal performance status to meet key gateway requirements. Responsible for lab-based transfer function measurement to support NVH attribute needs and NVH issue investigation, i.e. Transfer Path Analysis to support road, powertrain and simulator Teams. Undertake detailed correlation work in collaboration with CAE Teams both Internal and External to improve future models and simulations. Maintain the Gaydon Modal Lab Workspace and ensure it is fit for use and calibration compliant. Support taskforce activities to solve complex engineering problems as required. Maintain up-to-date method statements and processes for modal and systems testing. Skills Required: Experience within a modal testing environment and setup and use of impact hammer testing and shaker equipment. Good understanding of NVH signal processing and analysis, especially modal, structural and transfer function analysis. A methodical and detailed approach to planning, recording and executing high quality testing, and reporting. Ability to effectively present and communicate complex NVH data. Capable of working closely and collaboratively within a small team, inc. some coaching of apprentice colleague. Ability to identify and propose continuous improvements and new methods of work. Practical capability to carry out the basic fitting tasks necessary to set up and instrument tests, including ability to design new fixtures/rigs which can then be fabricated by the workshop teams. Duties: This role (Software and Systems Testing Process) is focused on ensuring the New Vehicle Programs Systems and Software Testing is occurring with the correct amount of pace. This is done through ensuring high-quality software integration by driving process adherence, KPI tracking and continuous improvement. They oversee testing activities, monitor performance against targets through measurement dashboards and optimise workflows to reduce risks and defects. Acting as a key link between development teams and reporting out the overall status, they promote best practices and deliver reliable, compliant solutions. Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for an Integration Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026. Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour. Duties: This role is to lead the diagnosis of software and systems issues in the development phase of an Automotive Vehicle Platform. The successful candidate will be part of the Central Systems Integration Team. CSI have the key responsibility of planning and co-ordinating delivery of software from multiple ECU's which when combined deliver the features and systems of the vehicle under development. This particular role within CSI will focus on issues resolution, specifically understanding root cause and assisting with resolution of systems and software issues within the vehicle. They will engage directly with complex issues to aid with data gathering, defining the problem, analysing the data with the intent to understand which team within our client owns the resolution of the problems. Role Activities: Determine the level of urgency required during the first stages of investigations for an issue. Ensuring accuracy of data captured to ensure the quality of level 1 triage issue tickets when raised. Ensure key testing assets are kept up to date and help in testing complex issues / systems.
