Our automotive lighting client based in Redditch is searching for a Lead Electronics Designer on a permanent basis. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Generate technical electronics specifications from customer requirements. Liaise with internal team members and customers. Support team members throughout Bee for successful delivery of customer projects. Attend regular meetings with Team Leader to plan resource. Attend design reviews where needed to represent the Electrical dept. Responsible for highlighting areas of concern to project management through project life. Define part numbers and assembly structures into a Bill of Materials for purchasing. Review and control electronics design and changes during project life cycle. Assist with managing prototype build phase / support trial builds and production. Carry out internal testing and advise on external test specifications. Design and develop fixtures to support production, Soldering and wiring Conduct peer review of own and other designs. Coordinate generation of final design output data. Assist in initiating and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Maintain records and documentation in the form of a project folder to allow complete traceability of the project development. Provide direction and priority to electronic engineers, technicians, contract staff and suppliers. Generic Tasks: To promote and support Bee Lighting Processes and Procedures. Support Team Leader to maintain/develop Company Policies and Procedures. Ensure Policies and Procedures are followed at all times. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by a director or direct line manager. Knowledge / Experience: Automotive LED driving solutions (switched mode & linear (eg Boost/Buck-Boost/Buck/SEPIC etc). Automotive design and test standards Legal and Manufacturer sourced (EMC/Electrical/Environmental etc). Thermal management of electronic systems. EMC Design and countermeasures. Embedded networking protocols (LIN/CAN/EIA232/EIA485) General analogue/digital electronics design. Circuit modelling and simulation. Mechatronics systems motors/actuators/sensors. Embedded programming Microchip PIC C Wiring harness design. Some experience of PC/Linux/Android software development. Use of Altium electronics CAD. Personal Specification: Strong communication skills. Be able to work both independently and within a Team Ideally have experience in 3D CAD systems including Catia V5. IT Literate. Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Software & Systems Test Engineerto join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026. Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour. Duties: This role (Software and Systems Testing Process) is focused on ensuring the New Vehicle Programs Systems and Software Testing is occurring with the correct amount of pace. This is done through ensuring high-quality software integration by driving process adherence, KPI tracking and continuous improvement. They oversee testing activities, monitor performance against targets through measurement dashboards and optimise workflows to reduce risks and defects. Acting as a key link between development teams and reporting out the overall status, they promote best practices and deliver reliable, compliant solutions. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of process management and continuous improvement frameworks. Proficiency in KPI tracking and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Tableau). Experience in process optimisation within software testing and integration. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets. Solid understanding of compliance and quality standards. Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for an Integration Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026. Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour. Duties: This role is to lead the diagnosis of software and systems issues in the development phase of an Automotive Vehicle Platform. The successful candidate will be part of the Central Systems Integration Team. CSI have the key responsibility of planning and co-ordinating delivery of software from multiple ECU's which when combined deliver the features and systems of the vehicle under development. This particular role within CSI will focus on issues resolution, specifically understanding root cause and assisting with resolution of systems and software issues within the vehicle. They will engage directly with complex issues to aid with data gathering, defining the problem, analysing the data with the intent to understand which team within our client owns the resolution of the problems. Role Activities: Determine the level of urgency required during the first stages of investigations for an issue. Ensuring accuracy of data captured to ensure the quality of level 1 triage issue tickets when raised. Ensure key testing assets are kept up to date and help in testing complex issues / systems. Working with all other areas of the business to ensure issues are understood and prioritised correctly. Skills Required: Strong technical background with proven knowledge of electrical & software engineering Knowledge of components and software systems, including architectures and integrated software solutions. Understanding of design principles and the application of quality tools. An experienced SAP Trainer is required to support the deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme and its critical project SAP Plant Maintenance, which aims to completely transform the way in which our client operates and further enhances our Digital transformation journey. Roles and Responsibilities: The SAP Trainer s objective is to create and deliver SAP Manufacturing Modules to business end users, getting the organisation engaged and ready for the change and ensuring that the change is adopted and sustained. Key activities: Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Design and create role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow and Articulate RISE. Developing training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations and quick reference guides. Evaluating the SAP user s level of knowledge at appropriate levels. Assisting with training impact assessments. Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans and supporting the communication of these to relevant End Users. Create and deliver process-based blended learning packages. Define, engage and align stakeholders in preparation for deployment. Ensure clear training delivery plans are executed on time. Host on and off-site training events across our sites, run drop-in sessions and provide floor-walking support. Demonstrate excellent business behaviours including team working. Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training and Comms Teams for the capability of being deployed. Essential Skills Required: Experienced SAP user.
