Business Systems Administrator Location: Stafford, Staffordshire Salary: £26k - 26,500 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Safer Hand Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business in Stafford for a Systems Administrator to join their Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and analytical administrator who enjoys working with data, systems, process improvement, and automation. You'll play a key role in the management and continuous development of internal systems, supporting business efficiency while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. The Role As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting internal systems, producing performance reports, managing client onboarding processes, maintaining system integrity, and identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with senior colleagues and external software providers to ensure systems remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objective. Key Responsibilities Produce and maintain performance and statistical reports. Manage user accounts across internal and external systems. Support client onboarding and attend implementation meetings. Investigate and resolve system, upload, payment and file-related issues. Maintain and monitor shared system inboxes and service level agreements. Carry out system audits, data cleansing and process improvements. Support automation projects and digital transformation initiatives. Evaluate system workflows and recommend efficiencies. Create process documentation, training materials and user guides. Liaise with software providers regarding updates and enhancements. Support the implementation of new technologies and business systems. Become a subject matter expert on internal system functionality and configuration. What We're Looking For Minimum 12 months' experience in an administration, systems administration, data administration or similar role. Strong Microsoft Office and system skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience of process improvement, reporting or system support would be advantageous.
