What will you be doing? Lead the delivery of ITAM, SAM Agile, M365 and Azure projects, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timelines and quality standards. Act as the primary delivery lead for key managed service accounts, owning customer relationships and engagement outcomes. Plan and manage project delivery including scheduling, forecasting, resource allocation and cost tracking. Manage escalated or at risk projects, driving resolution and service recovery where required. Deliver regular customer updates, including presentations, service reviews and reporting. Track project activities, actions and outcomes, ensuring visibility across delivery progress. Manage project pipeline and provide accurate resource forecasting in collaboration with Sales teams. Develop and maintain project plans aligned to Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall and SCRUM methodologies. Allocate and manage consultant resources across projects, monitoring utilisation and capacity. Identify and manage risks, dependencies and change control processes. Maintain central project tracking, including status, costs and delivery metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact between Sales, Delivery and Consulting teams. Support contract renewals and assist with commercial discussions where required. Create and manage key project documentation including Statements of Work, service specifications and delivery artefacts. Strong project management experience across IT services, managed services or technology delivery environments.
