Rydym nawr yn chwilio am Dechnegydd Cymorth Systemau Gwybodaeth i ymuno ni am 37 awr yr wythnos. Rydym yn croesawu ymgeiswyr sy'n dysgu Cymraeg ac a fyddai'n fodlon gweithio gyda ni i gyrraedd gofynion iaith Gymraeg y rl. Y Manteision - Cyflog o £26,403 - £29,064 y flwyddyn - Y potensial ar gyfer gweithio hybrid - Cynllun pensiwn - Ap Llesiant 360, gan gynnwys mynediad at feddyg teulu, cymorth iechyd meddwl, ac adnoddau ffitrwydd - Gostyngiadau a rhaglenni cymorth ariannol - Y cyfle i weithio mewn ardal o harddwch naturiol eithriadol Y Rl Fel Technegydd Cymorth Systemau Gwybodaeth, byddwch yn darparu cefnogaeth ar gyfer caledwedd cyfrifiadurol, meddalwedd ac offer cysylltiedig ar draws yr Awdurdod. Gan weithio fel rhan o'r Adran TG, byddwch yn ymuno thm sy'n rheoli tua 200 o gyfrifiaduron personol, cysylltiadau WAN a VPN, ac amrywiaeth o gronfeydd data, wrth gefnogi staff ac Aelodau ar draws sawl safle. Byddwch hefyd yn cefnogi systemau bwrdd gwaith, gweinyddiaeth rhwydwaith gyfyngedig a gweithgaredd sy'n gysylltiedig GIS, gan helpu i sicrhau bod gan ddefnyddwyr fynediad at y systemau, yr offer a'r gefnogaeth sydd eu hangen arnynt. Yn ogystal, byddwch yn: - Gosod, cynnal, cefnogi ac uwchraddio caledwedd, meddalwedd a pherifferolion bwrdd gwaith - Ymgymryd diagnosis ac atgyweirio namau technegol llinell gyntaf - Cipio, mewnbynnu a digideiddio data a chynhyrchu mapiau GIS - Cynnal profion PAT a chefnogi gweinyddiaeth rhwydwaith bwrdd gwaith gyfyngedig - Rheoli lefelau stoc o nwyddau traul cyfrifiadurol a pherifferolion - Hyfforddi staff ac Aelodau Amdanoch Chi I gael eich ystyried yn Dechnegydd Cymorth Systemau Gwybodaeth, bydd angen y canlynol arnoch: - Y gallu i gyfathrebu yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg - Cymhwyster perthnasol neu ddwy flynedd o brofiad o systemau gwybodaeth - Sgiliau cyfrifiadurol a phrofiad o feddalwedd Office a meddalwedd cyffredinol - Profiad o galedwedd - Sgiliau rhyngbersonol a chyfathrebu rhagorol - Bod yn barod ac yn fodlon gweithio o fewn tm, ond gyda'r gallu i weithio heb oruchwyliaeth ar adegau - Trwydded yrru ddilys Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer y rl hon yw 29 Mehefin 2026. Information Systems Support Technician National Park Offices, Penrhyndeudraeth About Us Eryri National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 square miles, the Park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people. We are now looking for an Information Systems Support Technician to join us on a 37-hour per week basis. We welcome applicants who are learning Welsh and would be willing to work with us to reach the Welsh language requirements of the role. Working as part of the IS Section, you will join a team managing approximately 200 personal computers, WAN and VPN links, and a range of databases, whilst supporting staff and Members across multiple sites. You will also support desktop systems, limited network administration and GIS-related activity, helping ensure users have access to the systems, equipment and support they need. Additionally, you will: - Install, maintain, support and upgrade desktop hardware, software and peripherals - Undertake first-line technical fault diagnosis and repair - Capture, input and digitise data and produce GIS maps - Carry out PAT testing and support limited desktop network administration - Control stock levels of computer and peripheral consumables - Train staff and Members About You To be considered as an Information Systems Support Technician, you will need: - The ability to communicate in Welsh and English - A relevant qualification or two years experience of information systems - Computer skills and experience of Office and general software - Experience of hardware - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - To be ready and willing to work within a team, but with the ability to work without supervision at times - A valid driving licence The closing date for this role is 29th June 2026.
