Act as senior product lead, uniting stakeholders across regions, promoting best practice, and managing third-party partners to agreed SLAs and budgets. Oversee release planning, change management, global rollouts, and enablement activities, ensuring smooth adoption and sustained platform usage. Required Skill and Experience Proven experience as a Business Systems Manager (or equivalent senior role), within a mid-large organisation. Strong knowledge of Dynamics - CRM process design, forecasting, pipeline, customer service or field service modules. Business Central SharePoint/Teams - document management, collaboration, and Intranet solutions. Track record of delivering business outcomes and measurable ROI through enterprise product management. Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Vendor and partner management expertise, including negotiation and budget oversight. This client is looking to bring in a team of Software Engineers to work on a bespoke software platform as part of the business growth. You will be responsible for working on Back End services, focusing on platform engineering and building CI/CD pipelines. You will be developing in Node.Js and Typescript, and will have a strong focus on AWS Services, such as EKS, Dynamo DB and S3. What will I be doing? Turn concepts and requirements into a bespoke software platform. Work closely with the agile teams to meet software deliverable. Support continuous integration to enhance deployment.
