A fast-growing sustainable energy company is on the hunt for a driven Product Test Lead with exceptional attention to detail to power the delivery of high-quality software for our expanding customer base and Energy Specialists. Operating in a dynamic, highly regulated environment, you'll be central to shaping, testing, and assuring our technology as we scale. We're passionate about deeply understanding our customers and delivering solutions that genuinely move the needle. In this role you will own the end-to-end delivery of enhanced capabilities across multiple applications and customer journeys-from refinement and setup through to testing, assurance, and launch-all within tight, mandated timelines. This is a 12-month contract. The role is full-time and primarily remote, with occasional travel to the Nottingham or Solihull offices. Accountabilities: Own and translate test requirements across Mid-Market Discovery and Design phases, ensuring seamless alignment internally and with software partners Lead, coach, and elevate a team of test analysts, championing quality, compliance, and regulatory standards Drive end-to-end testing cycles-planning, managing, and executing with clear Go Live entry/exit criteria Oversee testing across both in-house platforms and third-party systems, covering functional and non-functional phases Design and refine testing processes, including defect and change management, environments, data, tools, and simulators Ensure full test readiness and exit compliance, with robust evidence capture and artefact control Partner closely with product, business, and tech teams to deliver a high-impact product pipeline Shape programme direction through strong stakeholder and supplier engagement Spot and manage risks early across design, build, and test phases Support and assure smooth launches and migrations to new and third-party technologies Build trusted relationships and maintain clear, consistent communication across teams and partners. Our client, a leading energy provider committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, is looking for a PMO Analyst to support the Tech Portfolio Manager. The role focuses on providing clear information and insights across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. You'll work within a lean portfolio framework, ensuring projects align with key business objectives while supporting ongoing demand management and review processes. The PMO Analyst will play a key role in spotting potential risks, clarifying critical issues, and contributing to the design of effective solutions. This is an initial three-month contract with the potential for extension. The role is full-time (37 hours per week) and follows a hybrid working pattern, with one to two days per week required onsite for collaboration. Accountabilities: Review operational processes and collaborate with developers to ensure products align with strategic objectives. Record and document minutes during strategy meetings with accuracy. Identify, evaluate, and communicate risks and issues, ensuring proper tracking and resolution. Maintain RAID logs and manage workflow tasks in Asana. Monitor and follow up on outstanding actions to drive effective resolutions. Contribute to risk management, including mitigation planning and tracking. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and interpretation. Proficient with project management platforms including Asana, Trello, and Jira. Experienced in leveraging data analysis tools to drive insights. Highly accurate and detail-oriented in all deliverables. Strategic and proactive thinker with a focus on delivering outcomes. Capable of performing effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Extensive background in project and portfolio support, including financial management. Proven experience in IT governance and planning roles. Strong written and verbal communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly. Consultancy-oriented skill set, including workshop facilitation, presentations, and creative problem solving. Influential collaborator with strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and assertiveness skills. Adept at analyzing data to identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and presenting findings to enable effective decision-making.
