This is your chance to be the first point of contact for IT support, work across systems, networks, and hardware, and contribute to keeping our operations running smoothly. What you ll do: Provide Level 1, 2, and occasional Level 3 support to internal staff and international IT teams. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Quality Assurance Coordinator Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible Hours The Role Provide administrative and data support to the Quality team, ensuring all documentation, records, and reports relating to product quality, audits, and compliance are accurate and up to date. Maintain and update quality documentation, including logging and tracking complaints. Enter and manage data in quality databases and spreadsheets. Prepare and issue KPI summaries for management review. Assist in the control of non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions (CAPAs), and improvement logs. Support internal and external audits by organising online files and ensuring record completeness. Track and schedule equipment calibrations to ensure all tools remain within specification. Coordinate and maintain the document control system, including training records, document reviews, and revision control for procedures and work instructions. Communicate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve documentation or quality data queries. Provide general administrative support to the QHSE Manager and Quality Inspectors as required. The Person Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of process flow from raw materials through to finished products, including procurement, planning, production, quality testing, packaging, and distribution. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with databases or QMS software essential. Ability to manipulate and analyse data. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a busy manufacturing environment. Essential understanding of ISO 9100 and/or ISO 9120 principles or similar quality systems. About the Opportunity Working on high-precision components across automotive, aerospace or advanced manufacturing, you will be responsible for programming, operating and inspecting using industry-standard CMM software. You ll work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure all parts meet required specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Produce CMM programs using PolyWorks , Calypso , or M2CAM10 (experience in at least one is essential). Operate and drive CMM equipment for dimensional inspection. Inspect complex components to engineering drawings and GD&T. Generate accurate inspection reports and documentation. Identify non-conformances and communicate findings to engineering and quality teams. Work with minimal supervision to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
