Lendable in Greater London is seeking a Lead Python Engineer to join the Data Team. About the role We're looking for a Lead Python Engineer to join our Data Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the systems and data infrastructure that power our US products. In this role you'll balance hands on engineering with team leadership - owning the technical direction of your squad, mentoring a small team of 1-2 engineers, and still getting deep into the code yourself. You'll design and build robust data pipelines, APIs and services that drive real decisions across the business, all while keeping quality and scalability at the forefront. You'll be a key voice in architectural discussions, helping to define how we build and evolve our data platform as we scale into the US market. No two days look the same here.
