NodeJS Developer - Data - TDD - AWS - 6 months - Paying up to £600 (Outside IR35) - Hybrid You will be an integral part of the Back End engineering team, building and developing the tooling and pipelines that form their data ingestion and modelling machine. Essential Skills: Must have signficant commercial experience with Node.JS Must have strong commercial experience with JavaScript ideally with ES6/7 features Also experience in Vue, Express or Sequelize Previous experience configuring, deploying, and monitoring applications and websites on AWS. You're comfortable working with relational and NoSQL databases, including complex queries and performance optimisation. Understand web design patterns, including SOLID principle and you have experience working in a collaborative, agile team environment. Scala Developer Senior Scala Engineer - Scala - paying up to £650/day (Inside IR35) - Hybrid (2x a week - London) - 6 month contract The role: * Build and maintain Back End services that move and integrate data * Create reliable, secure and observable software with strong automation * Help define requirements and shape technical solutions * Contribute to overall engineering direction * Support and mentor team members What you'll need: * Strong commercial experience delivering complex applications * Solid Scala skills (experience with similar ecosystems beneficial) * Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes and cloud environments * Strong TDD mindset and CI/CD experience * Comfortable working in an Agile setup and collaborating closely with others * A team-focused, lead-by-example approach Additional skills: Scala + React/TypeScript * Experience building modern Front End applications Scala + AI * Experience building AI agents using relevant frameworks * Understanding of LLMs, RAG, tool-building, etc. * Ability to design automations and improve processes using AI If you're excited to work in a fast-paced environment where engineers lead innovation - we'd love to hear from you.
