Adhere strictly to client health & safety procedures and site processes. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience maintaining and repairing monochrome and colour MFPs (low, mid, high volume). Confident with network connectivity and basic printer setup (eg, installing print drivers, simple network connections). Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Full UK Driving Licence - essential . Must be eligible to obtain Government and/or Police Security clearance - no exceptions . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This vital role is all about ensuring customers' warranty claims are processed accurately and on time, meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with various vendors.
