HRIS Manager/HR Systems Manager - Permanent - London A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Manager/HR Systems Manager to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Lead the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the organisation's HR system SAP SuccessFactors Ensure data integrity, system stability, and compliance with data security standards Deliver configuration changes, oversee system upgrades, and manage issue resolution Act as the primary contact for external vendors and system partners, managing contracts and performance Develop and deliver accurate, insightful MI reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements Provide training and support to HR system users, promoting best practices Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology Lead HR system projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery Ensure systems and processes align with legal and regulatory requirements Maintain documentation, processes, and reporting structures to meet audit standards Key Experience & Skills Proven experience managing HR systems, ideally with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Strong understanding of HRIS architecture, data flows, and integrations Demonstrated ability to produce meaningful MI and data analysis for HR and leadership Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects Proficiency in reporting tools and data extraction from HR systems Comfortable managing third-party vendors and system providers Knowledge of the HR life cycle and how systems support operational delivery Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A collaborative, proactive mindset with a high level of attention to detail Experience in professional services or legal environment (desirable) Degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred) HRIS Manager/HR Systems Manager - Permanent - London In accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.
