Integration Manager Permanent role Salary: £59,966 - £71,566 + excellent benefits Location: Manchester & remote (hybrid) Start: ASAP Role Overview: An Integration Manager is required for our higher education client to be responsible for leading the integration services and platforms used by the organisation to manage enterprise data. The integration team is responsible for the application development and application maintenance of their core integration technologies, which are primarily Boomi, Oracle Integrations, Microsoft SSIS and Software AG WebMethods. The integration team is responsible for over 800 integration jobs maintaining data links between their core, internal and external systems and they are implementing a new integration/Middleware environment called Boomi. As the Integration Manager your responsibility will be to lead the Integration Engineering team in the development of organisational systems and build capabilities including automation and continuous integration. You will manage and maintain the integration of the organisation ensuring the technological stability, while building integration functional capabilities. You will manage the information security architecture, risk management, privacy, security and assurance and ensure that the integration service meets the needs of a diverse range of stakeholders, by building strong relationships with internal and external colleagues. In addition you will help to drive up better management and delivery of data throughout the enterprise. Essential Skills & Experience required The Integration Manager will be a strategic and technically proficient leader with substantial experience in enterprise integration technologies and data management. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of Middleware platforms, automation, and continuous integration practices, alongside a proven ability to manage complex systems and lead high-performing technical teams. Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills together with the ability to influence outcomes and align integration services with institutional priorities. A commitment to information security, data governance and service excellence will be key to this role. As the Integration Manager you will possess the following: Significant experience of leading and managing a team, as well as, developing and sustaining a high-performance culture. Expertise in integration architecture capabilities, including integration platforms and toolsets. Significant in-depth business process and technical experience with enterprise-grade, cloud-based integration platforms (eg Boomi), API management and workflow automation. Experience of leading project and change initiatives and bringing together cross-functional teams. Knowledgeable about agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing and monitoring to streamline delivery. Proven ability to work effectively with key stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, manage expectations and keep them appraised of progress. SharePoint and Entra ID Administrator (SC Cleared) Duration: 4 Weeks Rate: £500 -£600 per day (negotiable) Location: Remote working IR35 Status: Outside Start: ASAP Project Overview: We require a SharePoint and Entra ID Administrator (SC Cleared) for our public sector client to change their organisation level SharePoint sharing settings. A Helix Moss SharePoint Server has been taken offline and replaced with a manual service provision. Hence the first phase will enable the SharePoint external sharing model with Microsoft Entra Business-to-Business (B2B) integration. Only one SharePoint site will be shared in the live environment. Access to all remaining SharePoint Online sites will be restricted to internal sharing by configuring and restricting the external sharing settings at the site level. The role will involve you working alongside the Clients M365 Engineer, and demonstrate requirements are initially met in a test environment before approval and release to the live environment following change release procedures. Provide assurance, impact analysis, risk assessment, advice, assistance with communications, document outcomes and deliverables, share knowledge and provide a thorough documented handover. Ensuring the inhouse capability can replicate the activity on exit. The Client needs to ensure that files are shared to the right people, prevent over sharing and being able to share confidential or other sensitive data safely with only those who should have access to it. The Client needs the appropriate safeguards implemented to protect their sensitive information and to ensure that all people outside of their organisation are managed and must authenticate. To understand the Clients requirements To oversee the production of the low-level configuration and guidance documentation and gain approval To oversee the implementation of the recommended configuration in their test M365 tenancy To ensure appropriate testing is undertaken To ensure knowledge transfer of all aspects throughout engagement To assist in preparation and impacting for live M365 tenancy implementation To oversee live implementation when ready to do so Key Outcomes/Deliverables Changes rolled out to test and live environment following the Clients Change and release processes. Documentation reflecting the final configuration. Product Owner Permanent role Location: Cardiff & remote (hybrid) Salary: £50,000 - £59,877 per annum + excellent benefits Start: ASAP Role Overview A Product Owner is required for our utilities sector client to be accountable for ensuring that their Specialist Applications initiatives continue to align with their business strategy and best practices. You will be part of the Collaboration Centre Specialist Applications team and ideally possess expertise of geospatial solutions as this would be advantageous (ideally within the Esri stack). The Collaboration centre is a critical component of the clients IT Services operating model and technology strategy; which brings together change/project delivery and IT service and operations into one multidisciplinary team responsible for the complete end to end business service for a given technology platform or group of applications. Essential Skills & Experience required: SCRUM Certified Product Owner Experience working within an agile team environment Experience of working in an application product base environment and managing requirements and product backlog. Experience of working with Geospatial technologies (Esri stack would be desirable) Experience of working as a Business Analyst/Product Owner role. Act as a Subject Matter Expert across the business and lead the organisation in defining application principles and procedures and ensuring that these are adhered to. Represent the applications team at internal and external forums. Lead and coach others on Agile ways of working and principles to ensure that business value is delivered often and value for money is achieved. Challenge stakeholders on their behaviors when they do not align with these principles. Lead on implementation Go/No Go decisions during deployment to Production, and sign-off of Test Exit Reports. Managing all demands/requests through ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for the specialist applications backlog.
